EGA home inspection offers a structural and mechanical inspection that adheres to the standards set fourth in the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. This is a limited visual inspection to the areas of the property that can be accessed. We use the most advanced technology available. We use Thermal Imagers, Drones, Moisture Meters, Advanced Electrical Equipment that most of our competitors charge extra for. These are the components we inspect.

Drone Inspections

EGA Home Inspection is certified through the FAA to use drones for commercial use. Stunning high resolution photos and videos are taken of your property. Better views without damaging the roof, less time, and SAFE. We can identify damaged roof material, broken or missing tiles, damaged gutters, flashing issues, vent pies and chimneys. This service is included for FREE with every home inspection. *Certain limitations apply to FAA regulations.

11 Month Warranty Inspections

An 11 month warranty inspection is performed at or around your home’s 11 month birthday. Most brand new homes have a 1 year warranty and it is your imperative to document and notify the builder of any issues that you may wish to be repaired prior to your home’s warranty expiration. This allows the home owner have any blemishes, flaws or issues remedied.

Mold/Air Quality Testing

Our team of Experts can test your home or prospective home for mold. Our inspectors are IAC2 certified and take the time to thoroughly evaluate your home. We start with a complete visual inspection of the property and locate moisture causing concerns. If we find visual mold we can sample it and and send it to our lab partners to further analyze. The key to a proper mold evaluation is to find all the factors contributing to mold growth. Pre-Listing Inspections

A Pre-listing inspection is a home inspection that is requested by the seller once they decide to put the home on the market. The same inspection is performed as a traditional inspection. This is a valuable service to help you learn which parts of your home may need to be repaired in order to sell it quickly. A pre-listing inspection can help the real estate transaction go more smoothly and faster in some cases.

Sewer Scope Inspections

The purpose of a sewer scope inspection is to determine the condition of the properties sewer line and determine if the system is functioning as designed. Our trained inspectors insert a high resolution video camera into the sewer line and check for tree roots, cracked or broken lines, pooling, pipe separation, blockages and pipe material. This is one of the most important inspections a buyer can get. Buyers will receive a detailed report with video and stills of the sewer condition. *Sewer scope price discounted if bundled with home inspection.
