EGA Home Inspection is certified through the FAA to use drones for commercial use. Stunning high resolution photos and videos are taken of your property. 11 month warranty inspections

11 Month Warranty Inspections

An 11 month warranty inspection is performed at or around your home’s 11 month birthday. Most brand new homes have a 1 year warranty and it is your imperative to document and notify the builder of any issues that you may wish to be repaired prior to your home’s warranty expiration. This allows the home owner have any blemishes, flaws or issues remedied.

Our team of Experts can test your home or prospective home for mold. Our inspectors are IAC2 certified and take the time to thoroughly evaluate your home. We start with a complete visual inspection of the property and locate moisture causing concerns. If we find visual mold we can sample it and and send it to our lab partners to further analyze. The key to a proper mold evaluation is to find all the factors contributing to mold growth. Sewer Scope Inspections

The purpose of a sewer scope inspection is to determine the condition of the properties sewer line and determine if the system is functioning as designed. Our trained inspectors insert a high resolution video camera into the sewer line and check for tree roots, cracked or broken lines, pooling, pipe separation, blockages and pipe material. This is one of the most important inspections a buyer can get.
